Does the States really creates radical terrorist groups, then attack it, in order to sell weapons, help the economy, get oil, and maintain effluence in far away regions?! does the United States, uses ISIS to crack Bashar El Assad's regime, so that it appears that it killed killed him by mistake?! shall the US be held responsible for launching those attacks before obtaining the UN or Security Council decision, considering it is a breach of International Law, giving the civilian casualties?! does this gives the UK the right to fight Norther Ireland extremists, and Russia to fight terrorist groups in Balkans?! does those air strike will also result in chaos we saw in Iraq after the first US attack on it in the nineties, and terrorist attacks on US territory like in 9/11?! does such air strikes is different that the Egyptian army cracking terrorists MB that the USA criticizes ?!?! or Isreali Government cracking Hamas?! or even Bashar El Assad or Saddam Hussein previous killing of radical terrorist?! or even Hitler crack of Jews?!
Is this how we should tackle the terrorism phenomena?! or shall the international community solve the fundamental reason for such terrorism and abolish any excuse or reason behind it, like education, health, fair treatment of human beings, and an equal and fair solution to the Palestinian/Israeli conflict?!

CAIRO, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Egypts pound held steady at a
central bank dollar sale on Monday, with the bank saying it sold
$37.6 million at a cut-off price of 7.1401 pounds per dollar,
unchanged from Thursdays rate.
In the unofficial market, the pound was trading at 7.38 to
the dollar, slightly weaker than Thursdays rate of 7.35, one
trader said.
The rate for dollar sales has stayed in a tight range since
the beginning of June, after the bank allowed the pound to
weaken in May. The central bank offered $40 million on Monday.
The rates at which banks are allowed to trade dollars are
determined by the results of central bank sales, giving the bank
effective control over official exchange rates.
