BBC News - Saudi terrorism court 'to try women drivers'

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-30602155

Shame on such Saudi oppression policies, in addition to a very radical Wahaby religious views, which will evenly lead to a revolution and wide spread terrorist movements and hatred in the region, though the Saudi government is far away from applying Islamic law, specially the appointment of the government and kings, which reflects an absolute dictatorship system. The patience of the Saudi people and their dignity will not be bought by royal money for too long, there should be democracy, rule of law, equality and more moderate and modern Islamic belief, in addition to women's rights and other basic human rights.
All that is over an above a blind foreign policies following the USA whether it is right or wrong, which we have seen lately in the oil prices war against Russia, which shall also backfire against the Saudis and the USA, because history taught us that any artificial intervention by price fixing of a free market always backfire against its initiator, prices should be left to the forces of supply and demand in a free market to determine its balance in order to be sustainable.

Analysts are wondering why Abraaj are pulling off from such a lucrative investment opportunity, though it has previously bought Al Borg laboratory (Billion 1.2), for a price way above fair market price estimated by analysts at that time around (EGP 6 Hundred Million) before even conducting a proper legal and financial due diligence reports. Others are assuming the latest serious consumer problems in the Egyptian market that happened with Spinney's Cairo, that ended up by closing down Spinney's branch in New Cairo, further, legal problems associated with Dr. Momena Kamel and her medical laboratories (El Mokhtabar) which has been also bought by Abraj's Subsidiary, which now owns El Borg Medical Lab and El Mokhtaber, which might raise a monopoly over medical laboratories market in Egypt, which some corporate lawyers are currently studying, filing a price fixing complain to the competition authorities in Egypt to investigate it, which may in our opinion have a very negative impact on the company's image and potential IPO in Dubai which the company is planning to pursue. It also came to our knowledge, that the company has squeezed out it junior investors which also may lead to complains to the Capital Market Authority, in addition to many complains filed by the company against it board members and senior managers those against the company.

The company is required by legal experts to explain its situation in the Egyptian market, and the sources of its finances, due to several suspicions of money laundry, which is in process to be file at the money laundry unit in Egypt, by several activists, otherwise, we expect all such factors to negatively and strongly affect its IPO valuation. With the absence of any public announcements by the company's representative in Egypt, investors are left to disbelief in the financial of Abraj company and its reputation in the Egyptian market.

Egypt Parliament should also demand inquiry into Egypt's role in CIA abductions, as the report indicate that the government of Egypt is also involved in Human Rights torture cases.
Shame on such Egyptian policies that we strongly condemn and will legally go after any official engages in it.

Egypt sentences 188 MBs to death without trial !!! shame

We hereby condemn such politically driven court judgements, in which the accused did have a chance to proper legal defense and presentation, despite we are also against MB's policies of attacking public property or official, differences in political views should not lead to killings of political opponents, carking down radicalisms, will not stop terrorism but will increase it not only in Egypt, but also all over the world. The government has to provide means of education, health, and political channels to practice politics to such groups in order to include them rather than exclude them from society which oppresses them and make them more venerable, desperate and violent. However, those who proved guilty, after a legal prosecution and trial, in which they were legally represented, should be put in prison where they should get such mandatory education about moderation and civility.

Mubarak aquitted in the "trial of the century"

"Although he will continue serving his three-year sentence for other crimes, Mubarak was acquitted in the trial of the revolution. The 86-year-old was not tried on his three-plus decades in power, on his repression of free speech, his human rights violations, the call of the police and accordingly their total absence from the streets and police station, the phone and internet cut, sopening the prisons and setting the terrorist free to frighten the masses or his corrupt government.
Mubarak was tried for specific crimes: selling national gas to Israel, and ordering Egyptian police to kill protesters during the early days of the 2011 revolution, as if his wrongdoings started after the revolution !!!!! As if the revolution did not started for such complete failure of his governing period of 30 years that ended in a corrupted judiciary, public prosecution, police, and army, but further, over population, deterioration of health care or social security system, education, art, music, culture and even behaving manors among the majority of the population.

Nearly 850 people died during those days of late January and early February 2011, but the court only tried 239 cases of death. Some two years ago, Mubarak was given a life sentence for these charges, but the appeals court overturned the decision due to a “technical failure” in the filing of the case and ordered a retrial. Now, it remains to be seen if the prosecution will appeal the acquittal." Quoted from H.News

" Protests erupted at universities across Egypton Sunday, condemning a court decision to drop criminal charges against Hosni Mubarak, the president whose ouster in the 2011 uprising raised hopes of a new era of political openness.

Hundreds of demonstrators gathered at Cairo University, waving pictures of Mubarak behind bars and demanding the "fall of the regime", the rallying cry of the Arab Spring uprisings that shook governments from Tunisia to the Gulf in 2011." Reuters .
Legal experts strongly condemn the ruling and think it is politically driven, and criticise sending activists to prisons without even a fair trial, under El Sisi regime, which they consider a new form of an old army driven dictatorship and injustice which will eventually lead to bloody confrontation and a new revolution, untill the country reaches a total separation of power between army's generals and politics, and the people freely rule theirselves by themselves, which is free democracy. However this road to democracy is not easy and long, and is not expected to come from up down by a decision, but from down up by eventually maturing politically, specially that Sisi now is the sweet heart of the masses for taking dow the Muslim Brother widely hated by the majority of Egyptians who are moderated by nature and more apreciating of more monerate views of Islam.
